Hi Genius A.R.Rajib..I am not saying that the “Jai Ho” tune is copied..It may be a pure coincidence or inspiration or an illusion…
The views of two persons are expressed in my post..Well,you agree with Person 1..Thats it…Person 1 and Person 2 are our team members…I am the admin..Hope you got the point…I just want to know what people think about it..Thats why created a poll…Vote for what you think? Why are you getting so angry?Just take it easy man…
Please be clear about one point..Inspiration is not a crime…Even Beethoven got inspiration from Mozart’s symphony No.40 – last movement to compose his Fifth symphony – 3 rd movement…
There were many baseless allegations on “Jai Ho” at the time of announcing Oscar Awards…Hope you know about it.. That Guy Bappi Lahiri told some TV channel ARR has copied his tune(That was really stupid)…And one more guy in a forum said that Jai Ho has shades of a Pakistani song(That was funny)…If my post also falls under the same category,Vote for “definitely not” in the poll…(it will show your strong disapproval about this allegation)…Please be cool…See the results now and then to get an idea about my allegation..The poll is open for all music fans…

Yes, after hearing repeatedly a music follower who has some knowledge abt WCM and other musical forms will come to the conclusion that “Jai Ho” is definitly inspired by this piece of Mozart especially 1st movement, ARR has a stamp that he very cleverly embeds other compositions and it is very hard to differentiate the original and inspired…slumdog has another song inspired by LP’s “Choli ke peeche”, is it crime to inspire ?

‘Jai Ho’ songs prelude will be more similar Tamil song” Ella Pugazhum Iraivan oruvannukae” Obviously both are 4m Rahman. But then why does many a fan of Rahman are so arrogant. What is wrong in inspiring. I mean Mozart’s song would be known even to a kid who tries to learn keyboard. So der is a many a chance for Rahman to get inspired. Chill out guys…
